Committee of the Whole (Illiana Meeting)

City Council held a meeting to hear feedback from citizens whose homes are in or near the Illiana Expressway's route. Citizens  discussed whether they would prefer the 3F or the 3B route.  Officials from the IDOT asked Wilmington for feedback regarding the proposed routes.
